  • The delivery time through email is indicative and can vary due to external factors like the internet, server, ISP, and others.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We do provide shipments to all the countries.

  • Standard international email shipping may take approximately 1 (one) Business Day unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.

  • International customers assume responsibility for any duties and/or taxes that may be incurred under the customs of that particular country.

  • International customers shall check with their country's customs office to verify whether the products need to pay any customs duty or not.

8. OTHER RULES

  • The shipping email cannot be changed once the order has been placed on the Website.

  • While We shall strive to ship all your ordered products together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics.

  • Refunds will not be entertained.

9. MISSING DELIVERY EMAIL

  • If the delivery email is not received within 1 business day, the customer can request for another delivery through email. 

  • If the delivery through email does not make it to its destination and is delayed repeatedly, the Customers can request delivery on an alternate email provided through the original email used during the purchase.

10. WRONG OR INCOMPLETE EMAIL ADDRESS

  • You shall ensure that the Email address that you submit to us on the platform is true, complete, accurate, and sufficient to identify and deliver the product.

  • If You have entered the wrong email address and contact information, it might cause a delay or missed email delivery and we will not be responsible for any such delay or loss due to this.

11. REFUNDS

  • Every effort is made so as to service the orders placed, as per the specifications and timelines mentioned with respect to a product. If due to any unforeseen circumstances or limitations from Our side, the order is not delivered then such order stands canceled, and the amount paid by You is refunded.

  • We will not process a refund if You have placed the order for the wrong or incorrect product or service. 

  • Any defect or malfunction found in any of our products must be reported and after the confirmation of the defect or malfunction by our support team, we will make sure that the defect or malfunction is rectified within 7 working days and the updated product is digitally delivered to you on your email address. 

  • If the defect or malfunction is not rectified by us within 7 working days, then the customer is eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. 

  • Refund shall only be considered once the Customer concerned produces relevant documents and proof.

  • Refund shall be subject to verifying the alleged fault of our website or our product by an authorized person on our behalf of Us.

  • If the amount has been deducted and the order is not confirmed, please contact Your respective bank. It takes 7 (seven) Business Days to reverse the amount by the respective bank.

12. RETURNS

  • As our products are delivered digitally, we do not have a product return policy.

  • You are only eligible for a refund if any defect is identified & and reported by you and we are not able to rectify the same within 7 business days. Please refer to our ‘REFUNDS’ section for more details.
